I set up the account in my name instead of my child's name. What do I do?

No problem. You can use the Email tool in the right sidebar here at the Support Center and have one of or volunteers change it for you or you can go in under edit profile and change the name yourself.

If you have one of our volunteers change it for you, don't forget that we need the current name on the account and the name you want it changed to. If you also want the password and/or username changed, let us know that in your message as well.
