How many accounts?

Sam G. — Aug 03, 2015 04:00PM CDT

I am confused. I have one student. Do I need one account or two (one for student and one for parent)?

If I only need one account, do I use the AYOP enrollment key for the student or for the parent?

When you just have one student, the main advantage of being able to track the student’s progress with just one log in goes away. You have just one log in anyway with one student. Either way, parent accounts are always optional. It is a significant convenience the more children that you have taking classes.

For the enrollment, always be sure to have the student’s account enrolled. Enrolling a parent account is so parents have convenient access to the course resources from their own log in too.
